I have been following some recipes that make meal planning so much easier. I shall link them here.
In time I plan to add some of my own too.
Breakfast:
Mushrooms on toast - I'm not a fan of marmite so I use some garlic salt instead to give me some yummy garlic mushrooms on toast.
Egg muffins - This is a firm favourite in our household. We use them to snack on as well as for breakfast. Always a winner and so easy to prepare!
Lunch:

Lo-dough pizza - Our discovery of Lo-dough has changed our dinner times for the positive. No more reaching for a take away pizza. We can literally have one made in less the ten minutes, with less calories in the whole pizza than in one slice from the take-away!!
